Performance Notes:

There is little to add to the comments on the previous three volumes:
Cor by four! - Easy quartets book I
Cor by four! - Easy quartets book II: The Christmas album
Cor by four! - Easy quartets book III: Dances of the British Isles

Limited range, accidentals in the key, meters, harmonic and melodic structure, all ideal for a beginning quartet after some nice but not difficult music to play. The subject matter in this volume is sings from the British Isles, and many of the titles above will sound familiar to people from, if perhaps not everywhere, at least the anglo-saxon regions of the world.

As with the other volumes it is hard to go wrong with this one, as it provides solid arrangements on which to work on that at the same time produce pleasant music - if not for the young performers then undoubtedly for the listeners of the previous generation.
